1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book stays or experiences on Lynkerr. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity.

2. The Lynkerr Platform

Lynkerr is a marketplace and booking aggregator that connects travelers with independent hosts, boutique hotels, and local experience providers ("Providers"). We also host creator driven travel content.

• For Travelers: Stays, tours, and bookings are handled directly with the respective Providers. Lynkerr provides the checkout mechanism but is not the host or contractor of stays.
• For Creators: Travel content uploaded must be authentic, self captured, and comply with our Community Guidelines. Creators earn travel credits when bookings are completed via their content links.
• For Providers: Stays and activities listed must represent the actual condition and availability. Payments are processed securely following our Provider Payout Policies.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All payments made on the Lynkerr platform are processed through secure third party payment gateways. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by the specific policy set by the Provider at the time of booking. Lynkerr does not set individual stay cancellation policies.

4. User Content and Content License

You retain all ownership rights in the text, photos, and travel content you post on Lynkerr. However, by uploading content, you grant Lynkerr a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute your content across our platform and associated promotional channels.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Violating laws, third party rights, or our community standards.
• Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content or reviews.
• Using automated bots or scraping tools to harvest content or listings.
• Circumventing in app booking channels to avoid Lynkerr service fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynkerr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of your access to or use of our travel platform, stays, or interactions with other travelers or providers.
